Welcome To V Quick Fitness

I am Val Kuikman (pronounced “Quick-men”) a full-time working mother who battled losing weight after living an unhealthy lifestyle for years.  Then I became pregnant with my son.  Reality hit me hard when I returned to my job in law enforcement after maternity leave: my uniform pants didn’t fit and my lack of strength and conditioning could get me killed out on the street.

After facing this reality I knew I had to do something.  I didn’t have time for a gym membership.  I work 12 hours shifts.  I found quality programs I could do at home on MY time.  I lost over 30 pounds and have kept it off for years.  Now I coach working women on how they can lose weight.  My clients receive quality coaching that assists them in getting organized, finding time and increasing their energy while also losing weight.  My clients lives are forever changed as a results of my programs and coaching.
