10 Reasons Why The 21 Day Fix Works

1. Short Workouts

These containers are the core of the program.  It is simple.  Find out how many containers you need to eat each day and fill them up for the day.  Then take them with you anywhere and eat!  The amount of the containers you eat each day is simple to figure out  by following the eating plan directions.

5.  Pilates

10. Modifier
