- 5 days of clean eating recipes (3 meals & 1 snack a day for 5 days)
- grocery list of all the items you will need
- A private Facebook page where we will post our experience with the rest of the participants.

This clean eating challenge starts AUGUST 1st and anyone who does not currently have a Team Beachbody coach is welcome.
