    I host the Strength Squad challenges via Facebook in a secret group so I want to make sure you know in advance!
    If you've never worked out before or in years then you would be a beginner. Choose intermediate if you have exercised for awhile, but aren't ready for intense cardio or heavy lifting routines. Advanced would be your choice if you have worked out for a long time and are near your goal weight.
