Developing Core Strength

I have been working really hard at increasing my core strength. Planks and hovers are a great way to do it.

Here’s a quick video of the hover. This was only one exercise during my lifting workout today.

Core strength is important for balance during workouts as well as slimming on your waist.

Remember to tuck your hips under, keep your butt in line with your legs, and push back into your feet.
