[Video] Hammer and Chisel: Chisel Balance

My first time trying out the new Hammer and Chisel program. I love to record my workouts  so I can check my form and make corrections as needed. The one leg row to a pistol squat move was really tough, but I pushed through. This workout was 40 minutes and was challenging. I loved the moves and worked up a sweat too! Now to power back up with my post recovery shake of Recharge!
