How I Meal Prep For A 12 Hour Work Day

I work 12 hour days. I am passionate about eating healthy and eating often. I try to eat every two to three hours. It helps me to maintain energy levels and not to crave sugary foods. I made a quick video on how I prep my meals. I usually prep 3 days at a time but in this video I show you one day.

I also left out the blue container.  I use that for snacks and I usually fill it with almonds. Watch my video and leave a comment below to let me know what you think.
