It’s Motivation Monday!
It’s Monday and that means it’s a fresh start for your nutrition and workout. Everyone is at a different place in their journey. I maybe to lift more weight than you or someone else maybe seeing results faster than you, but that doesn’t change where you are today.
When you give 100% during your workout today it’s still 100%! You will still be doing your best and that is amazing. Remember the journey is yours to complete!
