New At Home Workout

Today I am starting a new path on my fitness journey. The team and I have been preparing all week with taking measurements, food prep, introducing ourselves and setting our goals.  How Busy Moms Get Fit will be doing either the at home workout 21 Day Fix or Fix Extreme. I am personally doing the Extreme.

Day 1 was today with Plyo Fix Extreme. It was tough, but I got through it. My legs almost gave out on me during the bonus round of jumping split lunge squats!

Here are my before pictures. I am hoping to lean ou, build some muscle and drop 5% body fat. If I stick with the nutrition I know I can do it.

This group is a virtual family for anyone doing the at home workout 21 Day Fix or Fix Extreme. At How Busy Moms Get Fit our groups support each other through a private Facebook group.  I then coach them through the 21 days. This one is special because I’m doing it with the group!
