What is Project Positively Strong?

Project Positively Strong is two-week course designed to help you change your body & your mind.  Not only do we focus on workouts and nutrition, but a change in your thinking is crucial.  Most fitness programs don’t help you with that and it is the REAL recipe for creating a permanent change to a healthy lifestyle.

Each day of the project you given a workout that you can complete in under 30 minutes. Each workout will come with videos to demonstrate the exercises and proper forms.  You will also be given a weekly healthy meal plan and shopping list with easy to make recipes and some added time-saving tips that I’ve learned as a busy full-time working mom.

You will also be given a daily personal activity that will help you build your self-worth and confidence.  Most fitness programs and trainers leave out this crucial element in workouts.  Some think it shouldn’t exist.  But as a women who has lacked self-worth, it is the one element that is necessary to make a positive change in your life.  These activities will help you learn to de-stress, meditate and grow on the inside. It will help you focus on finding a deeper understanding of you.  I want you to build self-confidence while building muscle.  Both are built by completing activities and mastering the workouts. If you really dig deep you will find that you will develop a healthier self-image and tools that will help propel you forward in finding your physical and mental strength. Val Emich is a mom and fitness coach.  She also was the first female Police Detective and second Female Police Sergeant on her Department.  She is a leader of men.  You would think she screams confidence and leadership, but she lacked self-worth and self-confidence.  She made changes to become strong mentally and physically by getting great results by losing 11 pounds and over 13 total inches with the 21 Day Fix workouts and nutrition along with a personal development program to work on her inner self.  She has had amazing results that have allowed her to lead a more confident, stronger, healthier lifestyle.
