RAW FOOD! Quick And Easy Tips For Nutrition On The Go | Autumn Fitness

Autumn Calabrese shares some easy tips for nutrition on the go.  She looks fantastic and is a busy mom to so she understands how hard it can be to eat healthy.  In this video Autumn explains why whole is better when it comes to raw food.   When you cut your fruits and veggies the raw inside makes contact with oxygen and breaks down over time.  An interesting fact that I never really thought about when meal prepping. She also gives us some great raw food items that you can take whole while on the go:

  • bananas
  • apples
  • berries
  • grapefruit
  • nuts (unsalted and raw)
  • bell peppers
  • cucumbers
  • whole carrots (not baby)
  • greens
