If it’s really time for you to lose weight or tone up then I have a great way to do it!  Starting April 4th you can join the Serve Your Strong Strength Squad when we start our #SummerStrong challenge!

When the group kicks off on April 4th, you will be part of an exclusive group eligible to win cash prizes for the best transformations, a ‪#‎SummerStrong‬ t-shirt for submitting, and the pride of knowing that you’re on your way to having your best Summer ever!

Participants who stick with the program and submit their success stories will get bragging rights and an exclusive #SummerStrong t-shirt available ONLY to participants in this group, proving they sculpted their ultimate physique! Plus, cash prizes up to $5,000!

This is a great way to start out Spring and build both mental and physical strength while doing it.  In this particular group we are not all following one workout program together.   In fact, there are several to choose from.  Take a look at the program workout groups below and find out the program that will fit your needs.  If you aren’t sure contact me or fill out the form below and I will help you choose one!  If you have a workout program already you can join us too!

When you register with the program I will place you in the correct group with the Strength Squad as well as adding you to a huge workout group with the trainer for your personal help and support!

Fill out the form below and be sure to order your challenge pack or program directly from the site to be added to the support groups.

Let’s get #summerstrong together!

Exclusive Challenge Group App

I am so happy that you are taking a step to finding your strong by joining us as a member of the Strength Squad! I would love to get to know you better so please fill out the application in order to be considered for this month's Challenge!
I host the Strength Squad challenges via Facebook in a secret group so I want to make sure you know in advance!
If you've never worked out before or in years then you would be a beginner. Choose intermediate if you have exercised for awhile, but aren't ready for intense cardio or heavy lifting routines. Advanced would be your choice if you have worked out for a long time and are near your goal weight.
