THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO MEAL PREPPING -Part 1
Ever struggle with meal prepping? I did too and I want to help. Here is a step by step process to get you started and prepare 15 meals in under 2 hours!
She really helps you with making it simple and super healthy too. I love that she even gives you the recipe to prepare the cauliflower rice which I have been wanting to try for awhile now. As this is detailed and quite long I will give you the cauliflower rice recipe in part 2 of this series.
She chooses to meal prep on Sunday. Pick two days of the week to meal prep. I do Sunday and Wednesday, however pick a day that works with your schedule. Here are the items you will need to get to prep. Barramundi is a brown rice so choose your own type. I use Basmati brown rice. Here is the list:
- 4 boxes of brown rice
- 2 heads of cauliflower
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 2 bundles of green onions
- 2 whole chickens
- 1 dozen eggs
Step 1: Pre-heat Oven
Step 2: Line Baking Trays
Step 3: Place In Chickens and Water
Step 4: Prepare Fish
She uses limes, salt and pepper to season her fish. I suggest tilapia, mahi mahi, or salmon.
Step 5: Put in oven with chicken
Step 6: Prep Your Potatoes
Step 7: Hard boil a dozen eggs
Step 8: Wash, Cut & Cook Asparagus & Broccoli
Place the cut broccoli and asparagus into a dish with boiling water. Let sit to cook.
Step 9: Cook Quinoa
Step 10: Wash, Cut & Cook Zucchini
Step 11: Once everything is cook portion into your containers and put into fridge
