THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO MEAL PREPPING -Part 2

In my last post, THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO MEAL PREPPING -Part 1 I provided you with a video and a step by step process to prepare several healthy meals for the week.  The post was long so I didn’t want to overload you with too much information.  So today I’m providing you with Part 2.  This is how to make the cauliflower rice that you can add to the meals.

HOW TO MAKE CAULIFLOWER RICE

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic paste or 1 minced garlic
  • califlower rice
  • 1 bunch spring onions or green onions

Step 1:  Wash and Cut Cauliflower and place into blender

Step 2:  Blend Cauliflower, but don’t over blend!

Step 3:  Cut up spring/green onions

Step 4:  Heat Oil and place onions and cauliflower in to cookmeal prepping


Step 5:  Cook over high heat for 8 minutes

meal preppingStep 6:  Add soy sauce, salt & pepper for taste

Step 7:  Portion into containers to make complete meals using fish and veggies you prepared from Part 1.
