- Walking Dead March (30 reps)
- Dead Lift Back Lunge (15 reps each leg)
- Global Epidemic Squats (30 reps)
- Row To Safety (30 reps)
- Squat Blockers (30 reps)
- Zombie Killers (15 reps each leg)
