About the Instructor

I am Val Quickman. I am a Mother, Law Enforcement Sergeant, Business Owner and Life Coach who has a passion for helping others to discover their power and transform their lives.  I have a strong belief in family, hard work and customer service. I have helped working parents to become more organized, manage their time more effectively, and lead healthier lives through my training programs and courses.  I also co-author for the Law Enforcement Today website and have coached several women in building their own successful online businesses while working full-time.
